What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:

  • The Minnesota Supreme Court's decision to not allow workers' comp benefits for 1988 Minnesota Vikings Al Noga 
  • The results of a recent study conducted by the American Journal of Medicine that discusses the link between work-related injuries and suicide. 
  • Emergency service personnel and volunteer firefighters in New Jersey will now be entitled to workers' comp benefits if they are injured on the job.
