This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
  • Delaware Governor John Carney signed HB115, making electronic prescribing mandatory for most healthcare professionals.
  • The passing of SB121 has extended the length of time Georgia's PDMP holds prescription information from 2 years to 5. 
  • Effective August 1st, PTSD will be covered by workers' comp for first responders in the state of Louisiana
